YOAKUM: Mary Lou Allen, 58, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, daughter, grandmother, was called to her eternal rest on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. She was born December 28, 1966 in Dallas, one of the ten children born to the late Servando and Maria Elena (Vasquez) Rodriguez. Mary Lou lived in Cleveland, Tennessee most of her life before moving back to Texas in 2016. She worked as a welder for Reinsman for many years until her health declined. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan, she loved them whether a win or a loss! Survivors are her husband of 35 years, Robert Allen; two daughters, Josie Villa and Christina Arebalos (Lorenzo); son, Juan Manuel Villa III; grandchildren, Marissa Roe (Jax), Kinsley Higenbottom, Chystian Kimmons, Ajia Villa, Xander Lewis and, Lorenzo Arebalos Jr.; sister, Maria Adelina Rodriguez; brothers, Thomas Rodriquez (Mary), Michael Rodriguez (Angie), Richard Rodriquez, Servando Rodriguez, and Carlos Rodriguez; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; Servando and Maria Rodriguez; brothers, John Vasquez, Teofilo Rodriguez and Jesus “Chewy” Rodriguez; nieces, Alicia Rodriguez and Samantha Quintana Pratt; grandson, Skyler Godfrey. Visitation and Service 2 to 4 p.m., Monday, January 13, 2025 at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home. Burial to be held at a later date.
