~Elroy Fishbeck~
YOAKUM: Elroy W. Fishbeck, age 82, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024. He was born June 10, 1942 in Moulton to Fred J. and Lula Meyer Fishbeck. He was retired. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing dominoes, horseback riding and dancing. Survivors: daughter, Valerie Singleton (Steve); son, Darel Fishbeck; grandchildren, Heather, Dylan, Dennis and Trey along with seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Lanell Renken (William), Eunice Schumann (Raymond), Bernice Chumchal (Victor) and Carolyn Schlamb (K. David); brothers, John Fishbeck (Dorothy), Fred Fishbeck (Virginia) and William Fishbeck (Gail). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by: parents; sister, Luella Dvorak; Valarie's mother, Gloria; nieces, Shirley, Kay Lynn and Lisa Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Heinold officiating.
